Biography
I discovered Pole Fitness two years ago. My husband was deployed for a year and I needed a healthy way to deal with the stress of being a single parent. Not only did I get into shape fast, I gained a new circle of friends. Pole Fitness is now a fixture in my life and I'm a happier healthier person because of it. As a Pole Fitness instructor my greatest joy is watching women change both physically and emotionally. I love what I do, and I love what this sport has done for women worldwide.
