Biography
Liz is like every other woman out there, a wife, mother, working a full time job and was sick of her day to day workouts and needing to change up her routine, she saw an ad for Pole Fitness classes she couldn't sign up fast enough. Starting out as a student at Studio Soiree she was taught all the levels and quickly became addicted, but still she wanted to do more with Pole fitness. That was when she decided to train and certify. Now as an instructor she can teach new women the joys of Pole Fitness.
